Our Story
A house on the headland.
Since 1998
Built slowly, by people who never wanted it to feel like a hotel.
What began as a single weather-worn cliff house is now fourteen rooms, a spa and a kitchen — still family-run, still allergic to anything that feels mass-produced.
We kept the building’s bones, planted forty acres of native garden, and hired a team that treats every arrival like a returning friend. Nothing here is automated that should be human.

The Ocean Loft

Our signature room: a corner loft on the top floor with wraparound glass, a freestanding tub set to the view, and a private balcony just wide enough for two chairs and a bottle.

A two-room suite with a wraparound terrace, lounge with a second fireplace, and space for a third guest. The room we give to celebrations.
The Forest Cabin

Tucked into the old-growth, off the grid in spirit.
A standalone cedar cabin among the redwoods — a wood stove, an outdoor shower, and a deck where the only sound is the canopy. The most private room we have.
